Applications for Standing Committee Wanted
A Standing Committee is required to assist with non standard applications to the Law Society of Scotland Registered Paralegal Scheme.
The Committee will comprise of twelve people two of which will be SPA members. It will primarily deal with non standard applications. It is anticipated that the Committee will meet in subgroups and use technology where possible to minimise the need for travel. Reasonable travel expenses will be recoverable. We must now set up this committee to ensure it is in place for the 2nd Transitional Stage of the Scheme and we need volunteers now !
