Further contact from concerned Local Authority Paralegals
Further to our News item regarding the Local Authority decision to downgrade Paralegals, the Association has recently been contacted by a Member who has serious concerns regarding their role and salary. The President of SOLAR has been contacted, and the SPA is keen to get feedback from anyone affected by the re-grading.
Please contact Christine Lambie on christine.lambie@wgrant.com if you have concens about your role and your salary as a result of re-grading. As advised previously, there will be complete anonymity for anyone who gets in touch.
