Contracts Paralegal
In-house Contracts Paralegal role exists within large, national organisation based in the south side of Glasgow.
You will support the Legal Director and legal team in documenting contractual arrangements and all associated tasks. This will include drafting agreements, attending meetings and taking notes of agenda, gathering market intelligence, and ad hoc duties as required.
Experience of working within a legal department ideally dealing with contracts is desirable as is relevant paralegal qualification however applicants who can demonstrate excllent organisational ability, articulateness, and good admin skills will not be overlooked, especially those with an llb.
